Where do you deliver?

We deliver worldwide. UK delivery is free but if you are overseas, please contact us prior to ordering so that we can provide you with a delivery quote.

how much does delivery cost?

Delivery to addresses within the UK is free. Oversees delivery is calculated on an individual basis - please contact us for delivery/orders being sent to addresses outside of the UK.

How quickly can you deliver my order?

Orders are usually delivered within 2 working days. We can not guarantee this however.

When do you dispatch my order?

We endeavour to dispatch all orders the same working day if received before 1pm. Orders received after 1pm will be processed the next working day.

How can i track my order?

We will email to confirm that your order has been dispatched. We may be able to provide a tracking number but if we haven't included a tracking number in your dispatch notification and are concerned as to the whereabouts of your order, please get in touch.
