WHY WE COLLECT CUSTOMER INFORMATION
NAGGA collects customer information to communicate with our customers about our brand, products, services, and promotions as well as to facilitate purchases from our website. We collect information including your name, e-mail and postal address that you provide to us when you register or make a purchase. We also monitor site use and traffic patterns to improve our website design and the products and services we offer. NAGGA recognises that it must maintain and use customer information responsibly.
WHAT OTHER INFORMATION DO YOU COLLECT?
We collect three types of information about you.
We do not hold credit or debit card details for you, these are processed by card processing companies or Paypal. If you do pass card information over the phone for a telephone order please note it will be immediately destroyed after entry in to the card machine.
When you place an order it may be necessary to share some of your information such as delivery address with our trusted supplier for the fulfilment of your order. This is particularly the case on larger orders shipped directly from the factory or packaging associated. As with the sharing of your address details to couriers, including the Royal Mail and DPD, we do not expect or grant any rights to these partners to hold your data other than the fulfilment of your order. By placing an order you accept this is a necessary part of the order process. Some of the software used in processing your order and fulfilment may be hosted outside the United Kingdom in Europe or the United States.
From time to time for warranty claims or to seek additional information about a product, we may have to pass your details to a manufacturer. We will only do so where required to do so to assist with your rights as a consumer or when requested to do so by you.

In cases where we are holding your personal data on the basis of our legitimate interest, you can ask us to stop for reasons connected to your individual situation. We must then do so unless we believe we have a legitimate overriding reason to continue holding your personal data until the issue is resolved.
HOW LONG DO YOU HOLD PERSONAL DATA?
For data collected during a transaction, be is a sale or return of goods we will hold your data for no more than 6 years from the end of the company last financial year, this is to comply with HMRC accounting rules. For information collected during a marketing sign up we will hold this until you request to be removed from our database. You can at any time do this after sign up by either using the email opt out at the bottom of an email or via a separate email here or calling us.
IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION SAFE?
NAGGA utilises the latest Secure Server Software (SSL) and is Payment Card Industry (PCI) compliant to ensure that all personal information remains private and secure.
NAGGA will not rent or sell your e-mail address or personal details for any reason. We treat customer confidentiality with the highest priority. By registering your information with us, you consent to NAGGA sending correspondence regarding the website and our stores to the e-mail address that you have registered. If you have registered to receive email newsletters from us, you can remove your email address from our list at any time by using the links in the emails we send you to log onto your account to change your preferences. Alternatively, you may contact us to request removal. Please include your e-mail address along with your full name and we will remove you from our mailing list. Please allow 7 working days for the full removal process to take place. NAGGA complies with the standards, procedures and requirements detailed in the Data Protection Act.
SAFEGUARDING YOUR PERSONALLY IDENTIFIABLE INFORMATION
We will only collect personally identifiable information to the extent deemed reasonably necessary to serve you in view of our legitimate business purposes as set out above, and we will use our best endeavours to maintain appropriate safeguards to ensure the security, integrity and privacy of the information you have provided us with. When you place an order or access your account information, we use a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption which encrypts your information before it is sent to us to protect it from unauthorised use. In addition, we will take reasonable steps to ensure those third-party business partners' to whom we transfer any data will provide sufficient protection of that personal information.
Using cookies for this purpose limits the number of times you see an advertisement as well as helping us measure the effectiveness of any advertising campaign.
